Welcome!

In the summer of 2004, we began hosting a one day conference for Community College Transfer Advisors to discuss ways to improve the process of transferring to East Carolina University.  Although last year we did not offer this conference (since not a lot had changed from 2005 to 2006), this year we would like to gather again to review our practices and degree programs.  This year’s conference will be on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at the Club Level of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. 

During this year’s conference we will once again offer information sessions to overview our academic programs and support systems.  In addition, based on feedback from the 2005 conference, we will continue the tradition of dialoguing on the “nuts and bolts” of the degree requirements with a particular emphasis being placed on transferability of courses to ECU.  Our theme this year remains, “Together, Everyone Achieves More”.  The conference check-in will begin at 8:30 am and we plan to wrap up by 4:00 pm with lunch being provided around 12:00 pm.
