As part of its mission, The University Honors Program awards Undergraduate Research Assistantship Stipends of $500 each annually to eligible Honors Students who are interested in working with a faculty mentor on an undergraduate research project. The University Honors Program hopes to continue to offer stipends each fall semester to encourage Honors students to participate in undergraduate research.
Held in the fall, this symposium brings together students and their faculty mentors from across North Carolina. Invitations are sent to all public and private four-year colleges and universities and to community colleges encouraging students in all disciplines to showcase their research and creative scholarly endeavors. |
