Our busy clinical services and our strong educational commitment combine to provide our residents and fellows the opportunity to become excellent physicians.
Our goal is to provide residents and fellows with the knowledge and clinical experience they need to become highly skilled physicians and leaders within the healthcare team. Although our programs are rigorous and demanding, we believe you will find training at Pitt County Memorial Hospital and the Brody School of Medicine to be a highly rewarding professional and personal experience.
Our residents and fellows come from all over the country, and while a number of our trainees leave our area after the completion of their program, many choose to stay in eastern North Carolina to enter practice or subspecialty training.
