Division of Rheumatology
The rheumatology service has a long history of care to adult and pediatric patients. A specialistic clinic addresses varying forms of arthritis, musculoskeletal syndromes, orthopedic disorders, autoimmune conditions and other types of rheumatological problems. Fine needle aspiration of synovial fluid and muscle biopsies are performed on site to assist in definite diagnoses when needed.
