The Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We do not sponsor H-1 visas. We are currently accepting applications until April 1, 2007.

All fellows will rotate in the following services:
Pulmonary In-Patient Consult Service
Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CCU)
Trauma Surgery Intensive Care Unit (SICU)
Nephrology
Ambulatory
Research
Elective

Possible Electives Include:
Allergy & Immunology/The Allergy Center East
Sleep/East Carolina Neurology
Cardiology/electrocardiograms
Away rotations, as approved by Program Director

Core Competency Lectures
Sponsored by Division of Hematology/Oncology

This lecture series is designed to address the core competencies as suggested by the ACGME. Such topics include: clinical ethics, professionalism, risk management, diversity and cultural sensitivity, infection control, fatigue, and other topics.
