The pulmonary,critical care, and sleep division has relocated the outpatient clinical services to a brand new facility on Moye Blvd, across from the Brody Building. This state-of-the-art three-story building with 45,000 square feet is the new home for all outpatient pulmonary services, with easy patient and employee access. This additional space will increase efficiency and improve patient access. The division will occupy one half of the first floor, which will have greatly expanded space with
- twelve exam rooms
- complete pulmonary function testing capacity including

- body plethysmography
- DLCO
- methacholine provocation studies
- cardiopulmonary exercise studies
- 6 minute walk studies
- lead lined procedure suite for bronchoscopy.
This modern facility will use innovative approaches for patient education (through the use of computerized kiosks) as well as serve as a hub for periodic patient education meetings and support groups. In addition, space will be allocated for outpatient infusion services as well as clinical trials.
