The mission of the East Carolina University Center for Health Promotion Technology is to provide leadership in the areas of health promotion and disease prevention/management; and to contribute to the elimination of disparities through advances in health promotion technology research, excellence in technology-mediated instruction, and the incorporation of technology into public health education practice and outreach.
