Electronic Entry Submission

Use this form to submit a digital image of your original art.  This image is what will be judged in the preliminary rounds, so it is in your interest to ensure that this digital image is of sufficient quality.  We recommend that you use a digital camera of three or more mega pixels, adequate lighting, and a tripod.  Beware of glare from flashes, especially if your art is glossy. 

All fields in this form are required.  Do not forget to print and mail in your completed entry form.  Electronic submissions without matching (paper) entry forms will not be included in the judging.
