| Description | The primary goal of the ECU Alert software is communications from the Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance and designated representatives of the University to campus faculty, staff and students in a direct and timely manner. It is made available to the ECU public to enable the quick communication of University alerts, such as flooding, closings, police alerts, and more. The University will not be responsible for any conflicts or problems that may be incurred as a result of downloading this software. |

Training & Support
After the program is installed, a small icon appears in the system tray, usually at the lower right corner of your screen. When an alert is found, assuming the defaults for the software are in place, a sound is played and the Alert window is displayed.
