Passphrase Maintenance
Service for changing or resetting the passphrase for your Intra (Exchange) account. This new service will allow users to reset their passphrase even if they've forgotten the old one, unlock their account, or view information about their account without having to contact the ECU Help Desk.
Reznet
A cooperative program between ITCS and Campus Living, Reznet provides high speed internet service at no additional charge to students living in residence halls. Resident Hall students should contact RezNet through the University IT Help Desk to arrange assistance in connecting to the ECU network.

University IT Help Desk (Phone 328-9866)
The University IT Help Desk is the first point-of-contact for services provided by Information Technology & Computing Services. We offer a wide variety of technical assistance to ECU faculty, staff and students, which includes resetting customer passwords, remote printer administration, software support, local area networking support and more. Additional after-hours student support is provided by our Student IT Help Desk.
Walk-in IT Help Desk (formerly TechRC) - (Austin 103)
The Walk-in IT Help Desk is a central location for faculty and staff to receive walk-in one-on-one IT consulting support and access to technology resources. The center is a collaborative effort between several IT organizations across campus and staffed with very knowledgeable consultants with a broad range of expertise.
