IT Help Desk

What is the IT Help Desk?
The Information Technology Help Desk is the first point-of-contact for services provided by Information Technology & Computing Services. We offer a wide variety of technical assistance to ECU faculty, staff and students, which includes remote printer administration, software support, local area networking support and more. Additional after-hours student support is provided by our Student Help Desk.

If you have a technology question, we recommend that you first review our list of Frequently Asked Questions.
