Faculty/Staff - Apply for an ECU E-mail Account ECU paid employees: If you are an ECU paid full or part-time employee, you do NOT need to complete the application process. Your account will be created automatically based on the information processed through the Human Resources department. Recommended Alternative: Supervisors or Department Liasons may follow the "NON-ECU paid employee" process below if you meet the following conditions: -
If you have been entered into the system by Human Resources, but do NOT yet have an e-mail account -
If you are a new employee and need an e-mail account PRIOR to your start date NON-ECU paid employees: NON-PAID ECU employees are paid by a temporary agency such as Nease Personnel, Manpower, ARAMARK Dining Services, outside contractors, etc. If you are a NON-ECU paid employee, your Supervisor or Department Liason will need to add your name to the Faculty and Staff Directory System. If you are a Supervisor or Department Liason and you do NOT have admin rights to add non-ECU employees, please Submit an Online Ticket. Once logged into the directory system, follow these instructions: -
In the Job Related Tools category, click Staff Directory Admin -
In the Options box, click Modify Non-Employee -
Go to the bottom of the screen, enter the Employee ID and click Add - Complete the Change Personal Information form. NOTE: Leave directory status to Other Non Employees Attached to ECU. If you are an ECU paid employee, your status will be updated by HR.

In the Options box, you can then add/modify the Home Address, Work Address, Emergency Contact, Employee Name and Employee Info options by clicking on any of those links - Click Process Form for each section (i.e., Home Address) after entering information or making any changes
E-mail Accounts will be generated from the information submitted, usually within 24-48 hours of submission. |
