Joyner Pull&Hold Service Joyner Library is pleased to offer the Pull&Hold service to the ECU community. This retrieval service allows most Joyner Library patrons to request items owned by Joyner Library and the Music Library, including books, bound journals, media items, and government documents, from your home or office using Joyner ILLiad and then within hours pick them up at the Circulation desk. Pull&Hold also allows patrons who primarily use the Music Library to have items from Joyner Library delivered to them at the Music Library and for patrons who primarily use Joyner Library to have materials from the Music Library delivered to them at Joyner Library. Items being shipped across campus may take an additional one-two weekdays. For details on this exciting new service, including restrictions on eligibility and materials, please read the sections below. | | Eligibility Joyner Pull&Hold is available to most ECU students, staff, and faculty members, as well as individuals with an Educator Card, who come to Joyner Library on campus.
