FEDERAL WORK STUDY STUDENTS

This application is for students looking to fulfill Federal Work Study obligations (administered through the Office of Student Financial Aid).
To interview and receive a work study job assignment, you must bring the following items with you to Crystal Morgan in room 2400, Joyner Library: (you may download the items by clicking on the links; you need Adobe Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Word to do so.)

NC-4 (Employee's Withholding Allowance - State)
W-4 (Employee's Withholding Allowance - Federal)
Workers Compensation / Accident Reporting Procedures
Authorization for Direct Deposit
Work Study Hiring Authorization Form from Financial Aid
Social Security Card
Drivers License (or other approved document that establishes identity)
