Music Library Student Employment Information
Do you enjoy working with people? Are you interested in working in a studious, quiet environment? If so, then the Music Library is the place for you. The Music Library employs approximately 15 to 20 students each semester. If you are interested in joining our team of student employees and you fit the criteria for one of the three categories of student assistants as outlined below, please print and fill out the appropriate application (linked from the categories below) and submit it to the Access Services Supervisor at the Music Library's circulation desk.
Student Assistant Categories
- Self-Help
- Work-Study
- must be enrolled as a full-time student at ECU
- must be the recipient of a work-study award by Financial Aid Services
- Work-study application (Word document)
- Graduate Assistant
- must be enrolled as a student in the ECU Graduate Studies Department
- limited to 20 hours per week (including assistantships held in other campus departments)
- full- and part-time assistantships may be available at any time throughout the year as vacancies and funding allow
