Want to have the freedom to live off-campus? Yes? Excellent. Here’s what you need to know beforehand…Living off-campus does have its freedoms, but it comes with more rules, regulations, and responsibilities. When you live off-campus, you will be a student of East Carolina University and a citizen of the City of Greenville. Therefore students will need to know that both the ECU Student Code of Conduct and the Greenville City Ordinances apply to them. The department of Off-Campus Student Services works with students on a group and one-on-one basis to bring fine points to light and to explain and teach the mind set needed for successful living away from the University residence halls.
